I cannot say how happy I am that I found this product and after reading the reviews decided to give it a try. After 20 years of dry, irritated, break-out prone skin, using this along with MD Forte moisturizer leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and soft and my breakouts are GONE!! I've always had horrible skin but now people compliment me saying I look like I'm glowing (and I'm 41). Even though I'm a "budget buyer" I've tried products two or three times as much money in desperation to try to clear up my skin so Purity seems like a total bargain to me! And since a little goes a LONG way the large bottle lasts a very long time so it's very cost effective! I am just so delighted with this product!!!

This cleanser did not work for me. Right away, I began to break out, my skin tone was splotchy and uneven, and my face felt oily. I thought a hydrating cleanser would be fine to use in the dry winter months, but apparently not. I'm going back to my Skinceuticals cleanser!

I have been using purity for a few years now and I love the way it cleans my face. It removes face makeup too. My last cleaner made my face feel dry and still there was makeup on my toner pad.

I have heard great things about the Philosophy brand, but with this I was not impressed. I really wanted what the bottle says "Purity made simple," but I just didnt find it. I still found that I needed to use a toner, and overall the product just didn't work for me (I think I would have preferred Dial bar soap). Before I had been using Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Cleanser but now I dont think I can use anything other than MURAD Clarifying Cleanser.

I use Purity for removing my makeup, including eyemake. It is wonderful. Leaving my skin feeling so soft and smelling so clean and fresh. I have been using this Purity for over 8 years now. My daughters and now my granddaughter use it as well. If it didn't work my whole family wouldn't be using it. But we all have a testimony of have WONDERFUL it is.
The only negative thing about it is, you want ever want to be with out it.

I have finally found my HG cleanser. Philosophy sure got it right when they formulated this baby. I have combo skin that more oily during the summer and more dry during the winter, and I find this works great for me year round. This works well to dissolve my makeup and clean my skin. I use it in conjunction with my Clarisonic Mia to get a really deep pore cleaning. With those two products, my skin has never been better!

I struggled to find an affordable alternative to the expensive products offered at the dermatologist's office and this is it! I have used so many products that boast it's use for rosacea or sensitive skin, but they all left my face dried out and with chronic peeling. I can actually get out of the shower without my skin feeling tight. It feels clean and refreshed! The peeling has completely stopped. I do use another product as a moisturizer, but I can skip a few days without any problems. This will be my face wash for life! I read the ingredients and there is a sulfate (only one) and the paraben is the 4th last ingredient in this product. I just LOVE this product for my sensitive skin!!
