Non oily...but very greasy and fine for night time use but if I have any left over makeup in the a.m. I can't use it before putting my makeup on for the day because it is too greasy.

Great eye makeup removers are hard to find and so overpriced. I bought this product after refusing to pay twice as much as I used to for Bi-Facil. I used it last night for the first time and can't begin to tell you how much my eyes LOVED this product. No irritation or residue and so refreshing; makes me want to use it when I have no makeup on to remove. I highly recommend this product.

I used a small amount on a cotton ball, and yes, it did remove my makeup. But... I had a greasy film on my face and hand that was hard to remove. I had to wash my hands twice, just to pick up a glass without it slipping through my fingers. I could never use this product within several hours of applying makeup. It just slides off.

This eye makeup remover works great. It doesn't burn your eyes and no greasy feeling afterwards. I will definitely buy this product again.

I dip a Q-tip in it & do under my eyes & use a cotton pad saturated,t to do the rest of the eye. Doesn't burn my eyes like others did. I was using American Beauty before this, but this surpasses that in gentleness.

I THINK THIS IS A WONDERFUL, EFFECTIVE & NON GREASY EYE MAKE UP REMOVER I SIGNED UP FOR AUTO -DELIEVERY . After years of trying various eye make-up removers, this is my favorite. It is not greasy, does not require additional rinsing and very little product is required to get the job done.

This product is not at all what was described. It IS greasy and leaves a film in my eyes. I have to wash it out several times to get rid of it. I would like to return it for a refund if possible.

I've finally found an eye makeup remover that works. I use waterproof eyeliner and mascara and this product wipes it off exceptionally well. Don't forget to shake it! The directions say to use one cotton ball per eye and wait a few seconds. I just use one cotton ball, swipe it a couple of times on one eye then go over to the other, let it sit for just a few seconds then continue wiping. All my eye makeup is removed, my lashes feel nice and not irritated. I do wash my face after use because there is a slightly greasy feeling left behind but it's not too bad.

I've been using generic makeup remover that had so much oil in it that I hated using it because I would be left feeling greasy and oily even if I wash after.

This OIL-FREE makeup remover is great! It looks like it has oil in it, but it doesn't and you still get to shake up the bottle to see the two liquids combine! I placed the cotton ball with the solution on my eye for 5-8 seconds and it took off everything completely!

I recommend!
