The only beef I have with this product is that one pad does not cover the areas I want to use it on, so I need two pads; however, I use it on face, neck, decoletté and arms. I bought two products at once to test both. Both seem to be working well. The Peter Thomas Roth seems to be the milder of the two, but it is more expensive.

My skin looks and feels better when I use this product regularly. Yes, it can sting a little, but that's just to remind you that it's time to RINSE IT OFF! I have dry sensitive skin, but I'm happy with the results.

A little about me, I'm 35 years old, and spent the greater part of my life in the harsh Texas sun. Due to my skin sensitivity I need to be very careful with the products I use. When I say sensitive skin, I mean VERY sensitive. I once had 1st degree burns on my face from a regular over the counter makeup remover listed as for "sensitive skin". After reading the rave reviews about PTR Un-Wrinkle Peel Pads I decided to try it. I was very nervous at first and only left it on for 30 seconds; however, the next time I worked up to a minute. I have had great success with the condition of my skin since using this product. My sister, mom, and a friend have all purchased this product after seeing the results I've achieved. My skin is smoother; less blemished, less sunspots, less redness, and has achieved an overall healthier glow. I only use the product once a week since my face is sensitive, and I always follow it up with a moisturizing cream. Overall, I would highly recommend this product and plan on giving it out as gifts to my girlfriends this year. :-)

I use this product almost every day, in combination with my Clarisonic. I started using the two at the same time, so it is difficult to tell which of them make the most difference. However, it does leave my skin feeling extra clean and tight. It does not leave any residue and has no smell. I have combination skin, and it hasn't dried out my skin too unbearably, even now that it's winter.

I was excited to try this product as I have been a fan of PTR products and wanted to give these pads a try. For the quantity and price it is a great value. This product is easy to use,but given there isn't a second step neutralizer, the product felt a bit sticky on my face, while waiting to wash it off. I wasn't sure if these pads were as strong either as I have been using MD Skincare Daily face peel pads and was expecting something similar. I have been using these pads now for 30 days and do feel that they are effective and my skin does glow. I think they have been a nice maintenance option to my skin reginmen. I would reccomend to those who are looking to try a daily peel option,but do not want to make a huge investment at first.

I first received a [...] sample of these pads with a beauty.com order and experienced such great results I absolutely had to order more. I have sensitive skin and have been able to use these daily without incident. In fact, I may sometimes accidentally leave the treatment on for more than the recommended 3-minute limit and still have not had any issues with dryness or redness. I have never been happier with my skin and the results increase more and more each day. My freckles and old acne scars have noticeably faded (they haven't disappeared but are definitely less noticeable) and the blackheads I always seem to have on my nose are almost a distant memory. To top it all off, I recently went in for a facial and the esthetician went on and on about how great my skin looked and asked me what my routine is! That has NEVER happened to me. Usually they ask me what my routine is so they can help me figure out what I'm doing WRONG!

I bought these pads as a replacement to Perricone's Outpatient Therapy Pore Refining Pads which have been discontinued. These don't cut it. There is a tacky residue that remains on the face after rinsing and they did nothing to reduce the size of my pores. Actually they filled up more quickly. So I am using them on my arms to keep the KP at bay just to use up the product.

I have oily, blemish-prone skin; my skin is sensitive to fragrances and preservatives, but not to chemical exfoliants. I don't have wrinkles, yet, so using this product is more to keep my pores clear, my skin tone even, and help prevent wrinkles. After a lot of research and review-reading, I decided to give this peel a try. I liked that it had high concentrations of the good, exfoliating acids, and that it targets fine lines, enlarged pores, and uneven skin. The directions say to leave it on from 60 seconds to 3 minutes. Since at-home chemical peels are nothing new to me, I knew my skin could handle the ingredients so I opted to start off with the 3 minutes every other day, at night (follow the directions on the packaging if your skin is sensitive). I got this peel and my Clarisonic Mia on the same day so I started using both right away. After three days, my skin had some mild flakiness; I don't know if that was from the Clarisonic, the Unwrinkle Peel, or the combination of the products, but the flakiness was gone after a week. But even in that short amount of time I noticed a huge difference in my skin. I had used Biore pore strips on my nose, chin, and forehead the day after getting Unwrinkle and my Clarisonic, and after a week of using the two products, my pores were still clear and they were smaller! I was shocked! Normally I have to use Biore strips weekly to keep my pores clear and they are always visible, but using these two products has changed my skin! I went five weeks before using Biore strips on my face again. Not only was the number of blackheads on the strips fewer (about 75% of what there used to be), the blackheads were smaller (thinner and shorter with fewer dark, black tips). I use the peel every other night (using it every night can dry my skin a little) and I usually leave it on longer than the 3 minutes, sometimes 5 or 6 minutes, but that's because I'm not paying attention to the time. I always know that it's time to rinse it off when my face starts to feel really warm and tingly (I don't recommend to start off using the peel this way, but if you find that your skin is very tolerant of the formula, you could try it once to see). After rinsing, I follow with my usually nighttime blemish treatment (Murad Exfoliating Acne Gel) and whichever nighttime moisturizer I'm trying at the moment (I haven't found one I love, yet). In addition to keeping my pores clear and small (along with the Clarisonic), this peel had made my skin smoother to the touch, feeling firmer, I have fewer breakouts (and when I do, they heal much quicker than they used to), and the uneven color of my skin (due to blemishes) has neutralized. This peel delivers on its promises, but I truly believe that using the Clarisonic along with it has increased the peel's effectiveness. Like other reviews suggested, I cut the pads in half and found that half the circle covers my face, neck and chest quite well, and often there is enough solution still on the pad to run it over the backs of my hands too. So a jar of 60 pads will last me 120 uses; at [$] a jar, that's about 38 cents per application (rounding up), not too bad. I will definitely buy this product again.
