I'm 38 with a very oily T-zone and suffer from acne in this area. Although I haven't seen a great improvement with oiliness (I still wake up with a shine) my pimples have practically disappeared after 2 weeks of use with this product. I use it in the a.m. and p.m and have not noticed any drying. The pads are so wet that I am able to use a cottonball to absorb a little of the liquid and use that on every other application, thus doubling the product, and reducing the overall cost. I do not care for the smell (chemical peachiness) but I will tolerate it as long as the product works!

This product was recommeded to me by an esthetician. I started using off using it once every other day for 3 weeks and then everyday at night. I've been using it for about 2 months now, and I only notice a slight change. I get cystic acne at random sometimes and it make take up to a week for the swelling to even go down. What I like about this product is that it isn't harsh, and doesn't contain alcohol (like a Clinique toner that I used once). It doesn't smell bad at all and I can tolerate using it.

I thought I would try these to help my minor skin issues. I have extremely fair skin, with severe allergic reactions to many cosmetic and skincare products...however, I've not had a single problem with these Peter Thomas Roth Gentle Complexion Correction Pads. They soothe my skin and are so gentle. They do not make my skin red or irritated, even when used every night. I will definitely buy these again, and hope to try more of this line of skincare. They do leave your skin feeling a tiny bit sticky for a few minutes, but it goes away and leaves your skin so smooth and refreshed. These are simply amazing and well worth the price!!

I'm 45 and prone to chest acne, and apparently a major culprit with chest acne can be perspiration that's allowed to dry on your skin. (Something in the perspiration is oily and just sits there and makes pimples, blah, blah, blah.) SO, I use these on my neck, throat and chest after I leave my boxing class because sometimes I can't go straight home and take a shower. Since these pads have that salicylic acid stuff, they're better for fighting acne. I guess. Who the heck knows? The reason I didn't give this product five stars is because, as with most acne products, I find it really hard to say, "YES! This WORKS!" because there are so many other factors that come into play. However, I can say that I haven't had any breakouts on my chest. So I'm pretty sure this product is helping.

The ingredients in this product (salicylic acid AND glycolic acid) make it a winner! I'm 31, I have adult onset acne, and use prescription retinoids at night. I began using the product as recommended 2 -3 times/day because the improvement in my skin was literally overnight. (I do Not claim it erased All acne, but I noticed quicker resolution of blemishes.) that only lasted about a week before I dried out my skin. Now that I dropped down to only using 1 pad in my AM routine, things are much better!

PS: After some research, I learned you shouldn't use salicylic acid immediately before retinoids anyway. Apparently, less IS more.

My daughter has acne. We have tried everything including ProActive and doctor perscribed medicines. She loves this product and asked for more when she ran out. This is huge, she hasn't been happy with other products. If it works for her, it's worth the cost.

I started using these pads about one month ago in an effort to clear up pretty regular but not sever acne. I am African American, 25 years old and have combination skin with regular breakouts around the hairline and gaw. After using these pads for just one week I could already see the difference. My pores were shrinking, my skin was brighter and I had less acne. I've used one pad per evening for about one month now. To be clear, I also use Oil of Olay oil-free face wash, Oil of Olay oil-free moisturizer on a daily basis and the DDF sufur mask (HIGHLY RECOMMEDED) once a week. The pads were the only new addition to my regimen and I can see a noticiable difference. A month later I have almost no acne, my face is ridiculously smooth and my complexion is more even. The best part is my husband LOVES the scent and has actually *reminded* me to use the pads when I've forgotten because he likes the citruis smell.

It doesn't completely prevent breakouts, but it does make them disappear faster. I like that it's not too harsh on "more mature" skin. (Aging and breaking out - gotta love that combination!)

This product gently cleanses skin- it smells good and works great. I am now hooked on this whole line. I have been getting compliments on my skin for the first time.
