Using a small amount on the fingertips, add water and gently exfoliate the face, chest and body. Excellent for daily use or use as often as needed. I love this scrub. It is gentle but effective. I use it each morning. I apply it to my dry face after I step into the shower, scrub it in and then rinse. I have tried lots of scrubs, and this is the most effective, gentle scrub by far. I've used St. Ives Apricot Scrub for years until I realize it was irritating my face. Since switching to the gentler Peter Thomas Roth with its jojoba beads, my skin has looked better than ever. It's an excellent product, and you get tons of product for your money with this, too.

I was looking fo an exfoliator that was gentle and did not clog pores. I have occasional acne, but not all the time. I got 2 cyctic acne spots when I used this product. The product states" the ultra-fine Jojoba beads help open clogged pores and emulsify the sebum that contributes to blackheads and whiteheads."This claim is so not true and I confirmed it on beutypedia[@] Jojoba oil is not good for people who get acne.This product would be good for someone with extremely dry skin and no chance of acne.

I am in my mid 40's and use Retin A so my face does get flakes from time to time. I didn't notice any improvement at all after using the product, many times too. I just don't understand all the 5 star ratings for this...especially given the price. I'll keep using though, hoping to see something. I have found simple baking soda works as a great exfoliator.

I really did NOT like this product. I used it only because I paid for it and it got good reviews. I am at a loss about the good reviews this product gets on most sites. I found it to be useless, totally without an effect. I didn't have a bad outcome; I had no outcome or change that I would attribute to the wash. Those "beads" are a joke. I am all for gentle exfoliation but PTR must be kidding. Plus the fragrance of the wash is poor. I practically had to stop breathing when I used it near my face. I used it on the body only. It is gentle, that's for sure. But what is also for sure is that the product is extremely overpriced vs. the cost of effective products that can be purchased.

I use this product on my face every morning to help prepare for makeup, and I love it! It's extremely gentle and non-abrasive and gets rid of the oil I usually wake up with every morning. I have a typical t-zone face, and wake up with an oily forehead, nose and chin area. Every person's skin is different; but this product is definitely worth a try--and all you need is a tiny dime-sized amount to do the trick!

I love this product. I've been using this for over four years now. This is my favorite scrub ever. You only have to use a dab of this product to cover your whole face. If you're using more than a dime, that's too much. A bottle will last me a year and a half, so the price is worth it to me. I love this scrub because you can use it on your face and your body. I use to get pimples on my back and after using this scrub they're all gone.

This is by far the most gentle, yet effective scrub I have ever used. My over 40, dry on the surface yet acne-prone skin is smoother, less flaky, and clearer. This is gentle enough to use every day on your face as well as body. I even use it to wash off my make-up at night.

Speaking for someone with relatively sensitive skin, I must say that this product has been the worst I have ever used. I bought the product one week ago, and I now have massive pimples down the sides of my face (and I thought I was worried about some little blackheads!) I was promised that this product would not break me out like this, and for 35 bucks, I could have taken a marker to my face and made those huge red spots show up. It also made my face greasy, and I now have little grease pockets all over my face. Not something I would likely buy again.

Love this exfoliator. It is wonderful, works well to remove sebum/blackheads. One bottle lasted me for a whole year - it is definitely worth the price.

Wow!! I am so impressed with this scrub! You get a huge bottle, so it's a great value, and a little goes a long way. I have VERY sensitive skin (and I use a lot of glycolic acid products), and this scrub did not irritate it at all. In fact, it made it very soft and smooth. Thanks, PTR!

Exceptional scrub for dry skin -- which still needs exfoliation. Great for the sensitive face (as well as the rest of the body). So little is needed to do the job, that it's an excellent value.
