I received this as a deluxe sample and of course before it even came close to running out purchased a full bottle. It is very costly and I never before this product spent this much on a foundation. Trust me when I tell you this, it is worth every penny. If you are looking for something that looks 100% natural while giving you the benefits of cover-up, you have found the product.
If you are looking for full coverage, this might not be the best thing because it is light but believe me although lite, it does a great job.
I use this on my light days, the days my skin already looks good (some days your skin looks better then others) and I use a heavy foundation on my not such good days.
It seemed to dark at first and I was sure it would look off, but it is incredible how this product blends with your skin (I have very pale/white skin) and no one would ever know you are wearing anything on your skin, it looks that natural.

Being a plastic surgeon I experiment a lot to see what is out there to recommend to my patients. This product is a nightmare. The smell is atrocious, applied, your face shines as if polished with a chunk of lard, the consistency is so thick that after using about one third of the product an air bubble is created at the bottom and the pump only sucks air and you have to scrape the product out with the pump pipe and the little bit of coverage is absorbed into the skin within half an hour. Try it: apply to only half the face and wait 30 min. Check the mirror: voilà - no difference whatsover between left and right (BTW - this is a great way to test almost ANY product - most will do the same disappearing act - be it foundation, any type of instant wrinkle treatment, oil absorbing product, base for eye shadow etc. All these products are made to sell by being nicely packaged, having a pleasant consistency upon application and looking pretty for a couple of minutes....). And to boot - [$] for 1oz? Give me a break!!!

As a woman of color, the foundation that was suppose to blend in with all skin tones, does not. On my skin tone (caramel brown), I found the shade left an ashen look on my face.

I was excited to try the product because as we age, most women want as little, but effective make-up as possible. I was put off at first by the exorbitant price for a foundation, but figured I'd give one go. This "No Foundation Foundation" turned brown on my skin and didn't cover a thing. It also stays greasy. I can't imagine that it works on anyone with even slight sun damage as I have in a couple of places. I am fair and in winter I also experience reddening from the elements and hoped it would help with that. No luck. I wonder what kinds of skin Dr. Perricone used for his testing? Certainly not older women.

I have tried so many high end foundations but there isn't one that even comes close to "No Foundation Foundation". It is very easy to put on, almost impossible to mess up. It really blends perfectly and makes my skin look as good as possible. It basically makes me look like I wasn't wearing make up and had beautiful skin anyways.
The only tiny negative thing that can be said about the foundation is that the moment you apply it, it has a funny smell. However that only lasts a few seconds and I rather take that than something that smells lovely and has additional perfume in it.
I have used this product for the last 2 years and am now on my second bottle. I am really thankful that someone came up with a foundation that makes my skin look almost flawless, is easy to put on (I am not a patient person nor do I have a lot of time in the morning) and, like someone here already mentioned,
seems to sooth my skin.

I use this as my foundation daily. First, I use Lancome's Visionaire, then Perricone's Amine Complex Face Firming Activator; then the No Foundation Foundation. My skin looks great - most people think I am much younger than my 60 years!

I have medium skintone and this does not give me enough coverage. My over-the-counter tinted moisturizer gives more coverage. I also noticed that although my skin looks greasy and feels sticky, that my skin doesn't feel moisturized. Because I love the anti-aging ingredients in this product, I've made this product work by using my tinted moisturizer underneath, then brushing a setting powder over the top to help with the greasy/shiny look. This combination makes me look more made-up than I'd like, but I can't find a way for it to work on its own otherwise.

This goes on quickly for sun protection when I expect to be in the sun a lot. Once on, you cannot tell that you have foundation on but skin looks smooth. I'm sensitive to smells and this seems almost odorless. A little goes a long way, too.

I've used pricey foundations which I loved but this product is like a second skin. Today I was told I looked healthy and glowing and at 67 that is a great compliment; it's easy to use, you can build on it and still look like you have a healthy complexion, which is what makeup should look like - not like paste. For those who complained of a smell, no one is more sensitive to smell than I, forget-about-it!!!

What I like about this product is that it soothes the redness on my skin. That's about it.
I have light olive skin color and the color of this foundation was too dark for me. Also it accentuated the subtle lines under my eyes, it did not hide or minimize them. I have oily skin and it made my skin look so much shinier.
This product should be labeled for dry dark skin only.

I don't know what people are referring to when they say it has an odor. I've never noticed any scent. In fact, I love that it is a transparent foundation/moisturizer/SPF all in one. I don't wear a foundation but love this because when I apply powder to my face - this base makes it stick to my skin. It is like a primer for my powder. It may be pricey but I use it sparingly and it has SPF30.
