I was a little hesitant because of the price, and I wasn't exactly thrilled about taking so many pills, but I decided to give it a shot because I had read good reviews on different sites. I was pleasantly surprised that the pills actually do reign in my appetite and most importantly for me, help control my crazy sweet tooth. I wouldn't say that the pills themselves will cause you to lose weight, but because of the appetite and cravings control that I get from them, I am able to eat smaller portions and make better food choices. I make it a little easier and less expensive by only taking two packs a day (before breakfast and before dinner) instead of three, and I've still had the same results. I stopped taking them for a few weeks and noticed a SIGNIFICANT difference in my appetite, so I'm reordering right now!

I was looking for something like this for a while, I always forget to take my 1 multi vitamin and i figured if it was mixed with healthy weight loss, I would remember for sure. The box came and I was very excited to start the process.1st shock: The amount of pills you have to take - 8 yes that is right 8 and not small little pills, HUGE pills.2nd shock: You have to take 8 HUGE pills, 3 times a day!!~~!! What?? I barely got over swallowing 8 pills couple hours ago, I have to do it again and then again? That is 24 pills per day ~~~I forced myself to stick to it for 3 days, that was the maximum and this is coming from a person that does not mind taking pills (well before I tried this product). I have no idea the effects this product has because there was no way I could take 24 pills per day to find out. I tried giving this to my friend(for free of course, so someone can benefit from it) and she gave up on 2nd day. My BF was excited about this and said "I will take it", he did however stick to it the longest, he made it to day 5! woohoo..I really have no idea who this product would work for. Like I said, I did not mind taking pills and it was never a problem but the amount that you have to take in this product is to say ridiculous is an understatement. The only positive experience from this whole EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE nightmare was dealing with drugstore.com. [...] Do not buy this product and spend so much money on this if you have even a tiny worry in your head about the 24 pills. Trust me it is worse then you can imagine. If you love taking pills and do not care, then I am very jealous of you and wish I could have stuck with it, I am sure the product is incredible. I love the brand and all his products but this one needs a change. A formula change, something. The way it is now, is just insane.
