At night, apply as a leave-on spot treatment for stubborn imperfections. Dispense a very small amount of RESIST BHA 9 onto a clean fingertip, and massage a thin layer over affected areas. Suitable for use around the eyes, but avoid contact with eyelids and do not apply along the lower lashline. For best results, use after cleansing and toning, but BHA 9 can also be used as the last step in your skin-care routine. Experiment to see which method works best for your skin concerns. This product helped eliminate my blackheads in about two months. I continue to use this to keep my skin under control. My skincare regimen, as far as blackheads go, consists of using Paula's Choice Skin Balancing 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant during the day on any areas of concern following up with an SPF moisturizer. At night, I apply this product and follow up with a night moisturizer. I would recommend that your moisturizers (that you are applying over this product) are light and not heavy. I have read suggestions elsewhere to not even use a moisturizer, but I find that a necessary part of any skincare routine, especially when using an exfoliant.

The only product that reduces the size of my cysts from blocked oil ducts. They do seem to get larger if I don't use it, in fact, must use it a.m. and p.m. But NOTHING else anywhere does even that. Haven't seen any changes in pore size.
The pump is very tight so it's hard to disperse a small amount. Should be put in a tube instead.
