It holds at first, but crumbles into glueballs after a while. Dissolves in water. Doesn't make me break out under my eyebrows. The brush holds too much product, and needs swiping on the edge. Nice and small, but a little pricey.

Good product, goes on smoothly and doesn't make your brows feel as if you have sprayed them with hairspray. Because of that it may not last as long, but there is no residue, so you can apply as often as you like. This is good if you already have eyebrow pencil or other color enhancer - otherwise, try the brow tint.
