I am 58, and had started looking into the option of plastic surgery, but decided to try PaloVia first.
I've been using PaloVia for four weeks now, working my way up to the medium setting. The results are wonderful! The skin around my eyes is noticably firmer and plumper. I had a few wrinkles and crowsfeet around the eyes, which are less prominant; but the biggest improvement is the firming of the skin underneath my eyes, which is making the bags and circles under my eyes disappear! PaloVia has taken 6-8 years off my face!

First of all, I am very disappointed with the result. After 5 weeks I tried this product, my skin got darker on the area I used, and rather got new I (straight lined) wrinkles from the square edge marks.
As Palovia website clearly says " 60 day money back guarantee " for all retailers, I called Drugstore.com for a return, and they told me that Drugstore.com would not take any returns after 30 days.
I contacted Palovia, and they told me 60 days return.
This is really miss leading.
Each party asked me to contact the other party, and I still didn;t get any answers.
this review is for someone who would be interested in purchasing this product, especially thru this website.
I strongly recommend not to buy from Drugstore.com. This whole process is not pleasant at all.

Yes, this is pricey, but so is a treatment from the dermatologist or just a facial! And you can keep this! I have had it a month, my face does look plumped and smoother. It is a little uncomfortable, but nothing crazy, I just use it on the low setting so far. You have to maintain contact at all times with the skin or a safety feature will interrupt the laser. It only lets you give 25 "zaps" before triggering an 8hr waiting period, another safety feature, but I wish it would let you give more:)
