Comments about Pacifica Coconut Pearls Luminizing Lip Quench, .25 oz:
I LOVE this lip balm. It's moisturizing (doesn't seem at all like the other reviewer said), smells great, tastes great, and lasts a LONG time. I absolutely love the very slight shimmer the balm gives. I've been looking high and low for a vegan lip balm that could meet my needs (I have eczema and sensitive skin). This lip balm does the trick. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the size of the product. You're getting about double the amount of product compared to regular sized balms, so the tube is about twice as big. I have full lips, so not a huge issue, I've figured out how to make it work, but my thinner lipped friends might find it annoying. I still think it's 100% worth the trouble! I might suggest to them to only make contact with half of the tube and switch after a week, using the other half, switching each week or so. Also, this may sound obvious, but if you don't like the smell of coconut, you won't like this lip balm as it is coconut oil based. If this is your first time purchasing a balm that is all natural and doesn't contain petroleum, please give yourself some time to get used to the feel and texture of an all natural balm. My sister had to ween herself off conventional lip balm over the course of a month. Pacifica hit a homerun with this product!

Comments about Pacifica Coconut Pearls Luminizing Lip Quench, .25 oz:
As we age everything sort of dries up & blows away. At 66 I find my lips are particularly dry, sometimes even cracked. I've used the old chap stick type moisturizers, aargon oil, chinese herbal remedies - everything from $.99 up to stuff that makes my wallet yell uncle. There's been much to-do about the moisturizing values of coconut cream, oil, balm, etc., so I thought I'd give it a go 'round. No luck.
It glides on, smells absolutely edible, but it just doesn't MOISTURIZE. And the applicator is large & bulky, maybe twice the diameter of a standard lipstick. You end up wearing it all over your face, which might be fine at home, but it does shimmer slightly so not so good in public. I've got it. I'll use it cuz it does smell nice & it's better than nothing, but my recommendation is to save your money. And if you find something that really works, lemme know - please! ;)
