  • For a flawless result, work in sections rather than drawing the line in one continuous stroke.
  • Think of the upper lash line as having three distinct sections: inner, middle and outer. Start with a very thin line at inner corner and continue building thickness as you reach the end of the middle section. Then begin angling the liner brush slightly upward as you reach the outer edge of the lid.

this eye liner is not black. it is completely watered down. do not waste your money and buy
