To keep gel soft, always ensure that the jar is well sealed when not in use. Dip High Precision eyeliner brush into gel formula and coat both sides of brush . Wipe off excess on tissue before applying to eye. |

I have tried every gel liner under the sun - Stila, Bobbi Brown, MAC...this product beats all of them. What I love about this is that it applies in a bold manner, the line is defined even when applied on the waterline. No need to go over two or three times.
Of course this is a dramatic black color, so what I do is blend a brown shadow into it so it isn't too harsh. It looks beautiful and lasts all day.

I applied this eyeliner at 8:00 a.m. and when I looked in the mirror at 1:00 p.m., I looked like a racoon/panda/linebacker where the product had run....and I even used a sealant. I like to be confidence about my makeup wearing all day without having to keep checking the mirror....this product does not deliver!
