Comments about NARSskin Gentle Cream Cleanser, 4.2 fl oz:

I have been using this product for many years and loved how it cleaned my sensitive skin without over drying. However, they recently changed the formula and the product is not as thick as it used to be. This would have been fine, I still think it works well on my face, but the new formula does not work well with the existing bottle. Since it is thinner the cleanser spills out of the bottle and makes a huge mess which has become very frustrating. I think the new formula would work better in a pump. I am inclined to change products at this point because of the mess and waste of product each time I use it.
