This lip pencil is so smooth and goes on without tugging and pulling on older sensitive lip tissue. I use it as not just the liner that I purchased it for, but for all over lip color. I use no lip stick when using this product. It goes on easily, looks great and lasts all day.

I bought the "Roman Holiday" online. Mind you, I had never tried it in a store before. I was very disappointed. The description said it would impart "a velvet matte finish for seamless color". Now I personally don't think a "pearlized" lipstick should be called "a velvet matte finish", but you can draw your own conclusions. That is my major complaint: the "standard" descriptions of the colors did not warn me that the color I picked out was "frosted" and neither did the name of the color, so now I have a really nice lipstick pencil that

I love this product and color especially. I have dark eyes with a medium complexion and it looks amazing when you just want a touch of color on your lips. Very slight sheen-it creates the perfect sexy lips! I do tend to need more color, so I apply a bit of red first, then go over it with this. Love it!

I purchased Dolce Vita and what and the color is amazing for daytime (a natural cora/brownl tone) and great for olive skin. I love the how easy this is to use and that there is a lot of pigment but the color is still soft. I will probably try some other colors, like cruella and sex machine.

I've been on a quest for the perfect "nude" lipstick. This may not be exactly what I was looking for, but I love it. I have a fair complexion with yellow undertones and dark features. "Sex Machine" looks like a nice variation of a nude-- with a little mauve in it. It looks very similar to what Angelina Jolie wears and the color makes my lips appear fuller.
I LOVE the texture of this product too- in fact- I'm going to buy a lot of other colors in this same formula. It goes on very smooth. I think the color would last longer if I would stop rubbing my lips together so much. You'll see- once you put it on- you'll be doing the same thing. It just makes your lips feel like satin.
It is very matte though- so unless you're going for the living dead look- you might want to add a touch of gloss over it.

the color is gorgeous! i got a ton of compliments each and every time i wore it. it goes on really smooth and without creases. However, because it's so rich and smooth, it wears off easily. and you have to sharpen the pencil every few applications. but if i had to go by strictly on color and texture, the product is great. it's not glossy as picture depicts. it's mauve, so it's matte. keep that in mind.

This is a wonderful creation! The color is gorgeous. It can be worn as a pencil or a lipstick. Looks divine with Duwop Lily venom gloss.
