I purchased this item on a beauty recommendation since I just came back from Holiday and have a bit of a tan and most of my make-up is best suited for a more fair complexion. Unfortunately, this color was simply not at all flattering in the manner shown in the "staff picks" section on "how to get this look." ~It was great for the model, not so great for my tan. Perhaps better suited for someone with a deeper tan? However, I love NARS and the easy application lipsticks! They're great for toting around!
