I've tried many different compact powders. This one blends the best with my skin tone and doesn't leave me with an "over-powdered nose" look.

Comments about NARS Pressed Powder Compact, Flesh, .28 oz:

I know applicators that come with pressed powders are terrible in general, but this has to be the worst of the bunch. And the powder was just so dry and didn't actually cover much at all.

Comments about NARS Pressed Powder Compact, Flesh, .28 oz:

Nothing to write home about. The color is perfect for my skin, and that's the only reason I decided to keep it. I use Maybelline loose powder to set my makeup in the morning, and use this throughout the day for touch-ups. I've been using it for less than a month and it's already hit the metal bottom in the middle, so there really isn't a very long life to this powder. BUT... on me, it doesn't look cakey, which is great. In fact, it doesn't look like anything at all, which is either good or bad I suppose. Doesn't seem to cover up the areas I want covered up, but doesn't look to make-upy either. Eh. Won't buy again, especially for the outrageous price!

Comments about NARS Pressed Powder Compact, Flesh, .28 oz:

Horrible. I don't wear powder that often, but like to have it around to get rid of shine. This was very cakey-looking and powdery. You would not be able to layer this throughout the day.
I strayed away from the expensive pressed powders because they were all comparing the same.
I bought Cover Girl's Trublend Pressed Powder in translucent light, and it works great. I can't even tell that I have powder on. And there is no cheap make-up smell either.
