To my sisters of color--the color is fantastic for medium to fair skin. It provides a natural flush. This shade is the "top" tone in the "Deep Throat"--"O"--"Super O" progression. I recommend the "Super" for deeper, fuller and richer mahogany and chocolate tones. As with most of this line, this tone is a great anchor for setting up your neutral palette. This also layers well with the other "O" products from NARS. Only two drawbacks. 1) telling someone the color when asked--some of these NARS brand names are--ahem, well, not exactly for workplace watercooler discussion. 2) no brush--invest in the NARS Ita and/or Ita Kabuki brush.

I was disappointed with the product. It is far to orangey and dark and looks nothing like the picture/examples. I would not recommend it. It goes on too dark, looks very fake and in general, is not a good product.

Finally! After years of searching I've found the perfect blush! Nars "Sin" looked great online but turned out too dark - Nars "0rgasam" turned out too bright - but Nars "Deep Throat" is just right! I decided to buy because of the reviews, and I'm so glad I did. The color is perfect for my tan skin/dark hair (and it also looks great on my best friend who has very pale skin/blond hair). The shimmer is subtle and not very noticeable. The blush is very pink and natural. It gives me a nice natural glow (similar to Benefit Dandelion, but it lasts way longer and goes on smoother!). I'm going to buy several in case they ever discontinue it - it's that beautiful!

This blush is everything everyone has said. The color looks natural on my fair skin and a little goes a long way. I rarely buy high end cosmetics but this is well worth the price. Will buy again.

This is the only blush that downgraded my tarte cheek stain after 2 years. It gives a healthy hint of color without feeling tacky and surprisingly lasts long on my oily/combination skin.

Very good neutral blush for medium skin tones. It is most accurately described as a peachy-pink, with the slightest hint of glimmer. The glimmer is exceptionally subtle, so if you typically prefer matte colors like I do, this should not bother you. As with any blush, a light hand is always best. I've been able to wear this on a daily basis without any issues so far.

This is THE ABSOLUTE BEST BLUSH out there for fair-skinned women. As a model, it is safe to say that I have tried MANY different blushes, ranging from designer to drugstore blends. Deep Throat by Nars is one of those miraculous blushes, that doesn't just sit on top of your skin/foundation. It seems to BECOME PART OF YOUR SKIN!
