Begin by resting hand on chin to steady.
Top Lip: Start at the peaks of the bow. With two downward strokes, create a "V". Return to the peaks of the bow. Draw two straight lines downward to the outer corners of the mouth.
Bottom Lip: Draw a semi-circle in the middle of the lip following the natural kip line. Using the side of the sharpened point, lay the liner in the natural ridge at the corner of the mouth and draw a line inward to meet the semi-circle.
Once the lip has been defined, use the smooth back end of the pencil to soften and blend the line.

Comments about NARS Lipliner Pencil, Rosebud, .04 oz:
The product looks really good. It is one of the best lip pencils that I have tried (and I have tried many). The only down side is it drying to the lips. Works well with Nars lip gloss.
