In the tube this shade looks like it is rather electric, but after reading reviews that it is more subtle when applied I decided to give it a try. I was looking for a fresh pink shade for spring and this has turned out to be perfect. Very subtle and not as iridescent as it looks in the tube. My only complaint, and my reason for giving it 4 stars vs. 5, is that for the price, there really isn't much product in the tube.

To my sisters of color--this is mandatory if you are going to wear NARS "Funny Face" lipstick. The color is a bit deceptive through a computer screen, but there is the faintest hint of bluish shimmer in "Easy Lover." It's perfect to dot on after a few hours of wearing "Funny Face." It is also great alone--don't be tempted to overapply like back in high school. Very sheer, great color enhancer.

I can not say enough good things about this color. It goes on much more sheer than it looks in the tube. This shade goes well with a clean face (just a tinted moisturizer) to just add a bit of color to my complexion. But I HATE the taste. I had to stop wearing it because I couldn't stand the flavor any longer. It was a really hard decison to make to return it, but the bad taste won out over the amazing color. I've tried various other brands to find a similar color, and nothing compares. Change the flavor and you'll have a Nars lipgloss customer for life. If you aren't turned off by the taste, then you will be lucky enough to wear this lipgloss.

This color isn't quite as shocking as it looks in the tube. Its really quite sheer, and imparts a nice rosy sheen. The deep hot pink shade is really versatile- I have worn it alone during the day, and surprisingly, over a reddish brown liner and neutral lipstick for more drama. It looks great either way! It definitely peps up any look! The drawback is that it i definitely not a long-wear gloss, frequent reapplication is necessary to maintain the desired look.
