This a lovely, natural looking blush. I like the creamy texture, it not only makes it easy to apply, but does sink into my pores. I'll probably get a darker blush for summer when I have a tan.

It's my first cream blush from NARS & I really love it!Perfect if you want a no make-up look!!! yup, not a regular nude look, but a no make-up look! It helps to define your face, but people around you, especially guys, will not be able to tell that you are actually wearing make-up.However, it is good for lighter skintones only. My sister is tanned. When she tried Pennylane, it's not a no make-up look, it's indeed no make-up = =+

This blush goes on very easily but has to be reapplied in an hour. The color is good but who has the time or inclination to reapply every hour.

Beautiful color, texture and look. BUT this product does not last long enough on my skin. My skin is normal - not too dry or oily. I apply it over a foundation and have tried putting on a bit more as well as setting it with a lightweight powder with no success. For the price, I would like something with a staying power.

I have oily skin that is becoming drier as I age. Many cream blushes seem to highlight pores, but this doesn't. It also doesn't make my face look rosier than it is already--it just gives my cheeks a nice shape and color. As other reviewers have noted, it is similar to the naughty-named blush, but without the sparkles, but it is a duller tone, too. If you want a true pop of color, you will want the other one. This looks like a kiss of sun. Good, classic neutral for every day and every outfit.

I love this color. It is the perfect color pink for me. I get just a hint of color that blends to a powder finish. It also layers very well. It is very natural looking and great for summer for that no makeup look.

While the Other One has a catchy name for a blush, not everyone looks good in sparkly orange-pink. Penny Lane is a perfect choice for the rest of us that want a natural healthy glow that goes with every situation from the office, to the weekend and even weddings - everything! It makes getting ready much faster knowing you will look great - every time. It is a cream which makes it especially good for us girls with dryer skin (and over 45) because it doesn't settle in fine-lines or deep-lines like some powders. Creams can cause color to fade fast but using a primer like the one from SmashBox I can honestly say makes it last 8-hrs + without reapplying. In my opinion, Penny Lane is another name for The Other One but in the pinks rather than orange. Apparently, even though it is a Product-Name, it is not allowed in doing reviews but am sure we all know what The Other One is...

I bought this blush after my daughter borrowed mine in another very popular shade thinking it would be the same powder formulation. It isn't. It's a soft creamy blush that you apply with your fingertips into the apples of your cheeks it goes on smooth and looks like a natural flush. The color is a beautiful shade of pink/peach that is not too bright, just right. There is no sparkle like the other powder blush so you can use it day or evening and add your own sparkle if you like. It stays put and never looks cakey or streaky. Also, I love the compact. It has a matte finish that stays put in your hand, not smooth plastic that is prone to dropping. I have tried so many blushes over the years and this is my absolute favorite. Totally worth the pricey tag. I've had mine for a year and still probably have a month or so left in it after near daily use.
