| Thicker liquid line: hold the tip of the Neo Noir Liquid flat on the skin. Extended liquid line: start at the outer eye corner and flick the liner out towards the temple. Define lower lash line: use the fine tip, start at the outer eye corner feathering very gently inwards. For a softer look: smudge softly using a smudging brush while the liner is wet. |
