I use this under makeup and it definitely helps take away the puff and brightens my eyes. Usually eye creams are too much - this is lighter - and I don't have dark circles, which most eye things seem to be targeted at. I get bags! And this is the first thing I've found that de-bags me a bit. It works better over time too, I think it is tightening the eye skin a bit.
