I've been using this product for about a month and a half. Unfortunately, my acne is primarily caused by hormones, so this treatment can only work so well to that end. However, I've had significantly fewer blemishes and they don't get anywhere near as large. Also, the texture of my skin has improved tremendously. My makeup goes on more smoothly. I've used other treatments in the past with few or no results, so I'm quite happy with this product. I'm particularly fond of the cleanser because it has a nice minty feel to it. I should also note that I have very sensitive skin, and the first time I used this, my skin did get a little irritated but never did again. It took about a week to notice anything significant.

I bought this for my son and he has been using it daily for about 8 months. Did not clear acne or prevent acne. Did not see any benefits from using Murad over any OTC acne products. Save your money.

i just started using it for a week, right now i am on the purging stage cause i am breaking out. it is very easy to use. i use the cleanser while in the shower so i can rinse it off at the same time. and makes it easier to use on my face and upper body and back. the hydrating lotion by itself makes my skin a little dry so i use extra help with lotion for sensitive skin. so far so good. i indeed to see this through. i still have 3 weeks to go. will keep u posted.

I have acne which is considered "normal" for my age, but from my perspective is heavy. This products did very little to diminish my acne. The gel stings on the skin. After 4 months of use, I would say the improvement is maybe 10%. In other words, not a cure all product as it is advertised to be.

I tried to stick with this for two weeks but my face was the worst it has ever been, and I was on accutaine! I got large cysts and multiple whiteheads. I was so depressed and disappointed and now Im stuck with this expensive nightmare.

This system is by far the worst acne products I have ever used! I am not the kind of person that breaks out alot and once I started to use this product I started to break out more then I have ever had before. I called Murad to see how long it should take for the product and they said 2 weeks , and I was already using it for 6 weeks! I didn't stop breaking out until I stopped using this product! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Murad has a great tingling sensation on skin, smells great and holds it own compared the leading pro mass marketed brand, but without the redness, irritation and dryness. I use the murad system with the clarisonic and using the 2 products together, my adult acne has been reduced by 50% plus. I would recommend this for sure.

I bought this set for my son because the other brand didn't seem to work well. But this is worse for him; it makes his skin red and inflamed, with no noticible improvement in acne. Will return to Proactive gentle strength

I started getting acne a couple years ago in my mid-20s after never having any throughout my teen years. I almost always have 2 or 3 cystic pimples around my chin area. I have tried a lot of products - Proactiv, anti-bacterial face soap, non-comedogenic moisturizers and even Yaz birth control pills to make it go away. Murad was recommended to me by a friend with the same problem so I am giving it a try.

I have been using the system it for 2 weeks and I haven't gotten any new pimples at all (which is not usually the case). I have dry skin and was worried that the Murad moisturizer wouldn't be good enough, but it is. I don't need an additional moisturizer. My face looks and feels smooth and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with dry skin and adult acne. Thanks!
