I bought these fully understanding that the tampons were overpriced. I, like others bought this primarily for the container. The container is very cute and is now in my purse holding Tampax.
The moxie tampons are awful. Two of the first four I used got stuck in the applicator. I am not a novice, I think I have mastered the fine art of tampon usage at this point in my life. These are poorley engineered.
Two stars for the container only.

The tampons work as well as the popular name brand portable ones that are readily found in most grocery or drug stores. And while I feel that the price is outrageous for 12 tampons, I willingly paid that price for what I knew was going to be a one time purchase because I wanted that oh-so-cute yet oh-so-functional little pink stiped container which I can now use to carry and protect my portable style tampons that I purchase from local grocery or drug stores for a far more reasonable price! I would, and have, recommended this item to my lady friends at work but only as a one time purchase to get the container....I wish they would sell the container separately...but then they would probably never sell a moxie tampon!!
