Comments about Miracle Skin Transformer Treat & Conceal, Light, .5 Fl Oz:
This is the best under-eye concealer I have tried. It really covers, but it is very light and does not cake or look heavy. You only need a TINY bit for the under eye area. The packaging does state it moisturizes, but it doesn't really, so I knocked off one star for that. I still have to use my regular under-eye cream just prior to application.
