This is the best lip balm out there. I've tried everything I can get my hands on, but nothing helped. My lips are cracked even in the summer, it's bad! I always make sure to warm it up a bit, it melts easily onto my lips. They are plump & juicy! Thank you Melvita :)

I've used this for years, and could not live without it. I get chronic chapped and dry lips really badly. This is the only balm that has worked for me period. At night, I apply one drop of sweet almond oil on my lips - then this balm over it - and the next morning my lips are just divine. My husband calls them "model lips" now :) Please never discontinue this!

I love Melvita products but this one is slightly unaesthetic to apply. It has great ingredients and a pleasant feel, once you get it on. The shea butter gets clumpy in the colder weather, though, and does not allow it to rub on well. I have to either hold the tube against my lips for a long time until the shea butter melts, or have to scrape some off and rub it between my fingers to get a quicker effect. Otherwise a wonderful product. I'm sure it's great if used in warmer weather. I didn't have the problem others seemed to have with the shape/size of the tube, just the consistency of the product itself.

I wanted to love this product as a less pricey alternative to Dr. Hauschka's lip treatment stick. No dice, unfortunately. The application is gloppy, sticky, and wears off super fast. It smears horribly on any cup I drink from, way more than anything else I've used. Love, love, love the ingredients and wish it could work for me. Definitely softens lips, but the comfort of wearability just isn't there. I feel this thick gunk on my lips, and don't care for it. Also, while I like the feel of the chubby stick in my hand, it does not fit properly into the lipstick compartment of my purse organizer, which is one more inconvenience. Guess I'm staying with Dr. Hauschka.
