I use this every time after washing my face and neck. Any other "toner" I've tried makes my skin feel like I've been out in the sun just a little too long - sensitive to touch, hot and overly pink! This just soothes.

A good toner, ie one that is free of alcohol and other irritant, is hard to find. This one has a good ingredient list, seriously full of antioxidants, which as we know are super important to helping skin repair itself and protecting against sun damage. My skin is easily reddened/irritated and this is very soothing. I spray it all over my face, neck, and decolletage (love the pump spray application). I wouldn't say it is moisturizing necessarily but it is an essential step in my routine between cleansing and moisturizing, and anytime my skin needs refreshing.
