I always use waterproof mascara, not that I swim often, but I have oily eyelids and watery eyes during allergy seasons, and in case I would cry...
I have been using drugstore mascaras for a long long time. I decided to spend a little bit more money, mostly because I don't like it transferring to my upper and lower eyelids.
I thought Mally's products are bulletproof as she advertised, but this waterproof mascara disappoints me a huge time. I am seeing transfer, and it feels sticky all day until I removed it at night. I accidentally rubbed my eyes (allergy season), and the lashes stuck together. Yicks!!!
My first ever sticky waterproof mascara! Not what I expected for that price.

Mally, I have been a fan and a user of Mally Beauty Products for several years. I have purchased water-proof mascara, but none of it has ever been water-proof !! What is wrong here ? After the last purchase I called customer service about the mascara not having the word waterproof on it and was told it was still waterproof and did not matter. Well, it must matter none of the mascaras purchased have been wathe-proof. I have 1-2-3-4 Mally Mascaras and none have been worth the money I spent for them. My purchases were from [@] a home shoppers network that Mally appears on every few months. I have purchased many many products. Please help me. Thanks Cathy
