I saw this on a shopping channel, but I only shop online, not by phone, so I was glad to find it here. I've been trying tons of primers (can't use the oily types, it turns out), but the thing about the Perfect Prep is that Mally Roncal told the truth about it on TV: it's not only good underneath makeup (I use Smashbox Light instead) but it works magic to "perk up" your makeup/face when your makeup has settled into lines and wrinkles and your face is looking dry from having too many layers on it. Just a bit on each area of your face, and you get back the look of having just put on your makeup.

I definitely like using a primer but was a little disappointed with this one. The good points include that it goes on very smoothly and you use very little for each application. It definitely provides a better canvas for your foundation. I was hoping it would do a better job of refining the look of my skin. I still see the fine lines & pores. It does work well on combination skin.

This is a good primer that goes on smoothly but I am not sure that it is much better than the CoverGirl/Olay or Revlon primer as far as keeping my makeup on. From what I can see, it should last a lot longer for the price. I was disappointed that there was no information included about the product or how best to use it. All that was included was all about Mally - really annoying.

My makeup (Bare Minerals) usually has to be reapplied halfway through my day. With this product, it stays on better. I will buy this again. In addition, I use it on my lips and my lipstick stays on better. My lips don't seem to dry out as much as the product seems to seal in the moisture. Overall, better results than expected!

This primer goes on beautifully. All you need is a little dab, it covers your whole face with a silky smooth veil. The rest of the makeup routine is a whiz, since this helps everything glide right on. I absolutely love this product.

This product is perfect for me. I have oily, acne prone skin and this product does not cause me to break out and it prevents shine from coming through my makeup unlike other products I have used in the past. I even use it by itself without makeup on and my skin looks perfect. This is one product I will never be without.

I had high hopes for this primer after reading all the rave reviews, but sadly I was disappointed. While it has a nice texture and feels velvety on the skin, I found it to be too greasy, and my makeup slid right off. I gave it a couple of tries, too: once with tinted moisturizer, once with BB cream, and once with liquid foundation. Every time I had a greasy t-zone within a few hours.
Also, I found the packaging to be somewhat annoying - a whole lot of plastic around a very small amount of product.
I'm going to return the primer, but stick with the Mally Evercolor Poreless Face Defender which is worth its weight in gold!

My skin has improved so much in all ways since using this product (3 months). I bought it directly from [@] because she was having a sale of the month. This product is pure magic, SO many uses. Keeps makeup in place, keeps night ritual in place too, AND at 5p, use a little to brighten your makeup. I bought 2 1oz in glow and now I actually look kinda cute in the morning because Glow has a little color in it and somehow, it also acts as a mild tinted moisturizer if you want to be au natural.

Love the product. I have oily skin and this controls the oil and does not leave a shine. I use it along with the face defender and I am set. My skins is soft and smooth. It also allows your make up product to glide on throughout the application and you will use less make-up product over time.
