I use this 2-3x per week. My sensitive skin normally turns red and gets little bumps when I try a new product but that never happened with this scrub. The peppermint scent is a little strong, but more invigorating than overpowering. I'm in my mid-thirties and have tried a lot of different brands of body scrubs (from $ to $$$$). The first time I used it, I fell in love. Nothing else has ever made my skin this soft and smooth. I've been using the same tube for a few months and still have plenty left. So while it may seem a little expensive, it does last. I don't think you will find a better body scrub. Try it and you'll be hooked just like I am.

Gentle exfoliant with a nice, intense, but not overpowering peppermint scent. This will wake you up via aromatherapy, but also by reviving your skin. Really great stuff. Good idea for a stocking stuffer for the holidays. Uni-sex.
