First off I love that you never have to touch your face at all, having acne this is a plus! I love the way it feels when I apply the makeup. I will say that it took me about 4-5 days to get the swing of how it works and to kind of play with it a little to see how it workd with my imperfections and ot get a feel for how to hold and the tool and how much to pull back on the lever. I have hyperpigmentation from acne and some acne and the spots on my face are light pink to a red color. Now when I used shade F2 as the concealer in the beginning I still wasnt too excited yet because my spots were sooo red that it was hard to cover them up but the other day I decided to try and cover up some of my red spots with the brightening glow and oh my gosh I am so happy I tried this! The brightening glow actually covers the red up really really well and then I go over it with the F2 for my face as a whole and it looks perfect! I am pretty pasty white so this is what worked for me! I am glad I switched over to Air brush makeup especially since my face has been so bad lately with breaking out. Just give it a try and you'll start to love it!

I love Luminess and have always liked the concept of airbrushing make up on. I have fair/pale (yellow undertoned), sensitive, fine-pores, dry skin. It's really tough for me to find the perfect foundation color match in ANY brand foundation. I like that with Luminess I don't have to apply foundation with my fingers, sponge, or brush. Unfortunately, the Luminess Fair kit was too dark for me (the lightest foundations in my kit came in UF Bloom and UF Golden Beige). If you're fair to really pale you'll have to buy the UF Porcelain separately. Also, the foundation runs as soon as a drop of water touches my face (imagine what would happen if it's raining outside - yikes!). The foundation may last all day but stay away from water! Either that or buy the Luminess Sealant and apply on top. Cleaning the wand (dispenser) was a breeze.

After reading both positive and negative reviews online - I decided I would give the Luminess Air Cosmetic System a chance.
Sadly, it did not even come close to living up to my expectations. :(
The makeup was terrible. It was hard to even match up a color because it all came out orange looking on my face. The makeup dried so quickly that the stylus continued to clog up. My Husband even got in on the action - and he too had problems getting it to work properly. You are constantly cleaning it while trying to apply the foundation. Don't waste your money on this !!!
