Start with clean, dry lips. Apply a thin, even coat of Lip Color on lips. Wait until completely dry (1 minute) then brush on Ultra-Glossy Top Coat. Re-apply Ultra-Glossy Top Coat throughout the day as often as needed. How to Remove: Use any oil based makeup remover to remove Co-Stars. Remove all Lip Color before reapplying fresh Lip Color. The LORAC Co-Stars 8 Hour Long-Wearing Lip Color & Ultra Glossy Top Coat, First Kiss 0.25 fl oz (8 ml), stays put as advertised, is true to its color is high gloss, convenient to carry and has a good price. Unfortunately, it dries my lips terribly and i'll be finding a new product or returning to NARS lipgloss.
