I've used this before and was disappointed that the smell was not the usual yummy almond scent. This might have been old merchandise and I won't buy this product from this vendor. I will buy the product from L'Occitane.

I usually like a majority of the things that L'occitane has to offer. But, i'm afraid i'm stumped by this one. there is nothing special about this soap, feels like the regular dial/ store brand one. As for the almond smell, it's okay. I'm neutral about that. But, what i do like about it is the big bottle and easy dispensing. I would not purchase again. Imagine how many bottles of softsoap i could buy with this amount. Very dissapointed.

While I'm not a big fan of anything almond-scented, I have to say that this is the best hand soap I've ever used. The scent is mild enough that it doesn't overwhelm me. It is particularly nice in the kitchen, where you're dealing with greasy things sometimes. It literally cuts right through anything oily with one small pump of product. Everything I've tried from L'Occitane has been really nice, high-end but not pretentious. The products work and never have that "dreamed-up-in-a-chemist's-lab" smell. The price for this isn't bad, considering how much you get and how well it works.

Oh my gosh, I love this soap more than anything. I already love almond-scented products like lotions and lip balms, and this soap leaves a wonderful scent on your hands long after you wash with it along with its nice rich lather and soft clean feeling. In fact, I think it started my love affair with almond beauty products. It leaves your hands soft and wonderful but I think you'll just keep finding excuses to go back and wash your hands to refresh the scent on them, and all that washing will dry you out!
