I read the reviews that stated that when they received the product in the mail the bottles where either broken, empty, or damaged somehow but I chose to take a risk and order it anyway. When I opened the factory sealed package from Lavanila I too noticed that two the the bottles were missing either some or all of the perfume. I believe this is likely because the perfume contains alcohol and it evaporates when sitting on a shelf or exposed to extreme temperatures. It appears to be a manufacturer problem and not the fault of Beauty.com. However, I think this problem could be avoided if the package is opened prior to be sent out to a customer to ensure that the bottles are all full and not damaged. Beauty.com sent me a replacement set right away and of course some of those bottles were missing fluid as well. So, I swapped out the ones of the original package that were empty with the same scents in the new package and sent back 4 bottles to them that were missing perfume. The scents are really amazing if you love vanilla. I think Lavanila needs to find a way to package this product better so that the bottles do not loose fluid, leak or break in the shipping process. I would give this product more stars for the smell, but the cost is a bit high for all of the calls and work I had to put into getting a complete product that I should have gotten the 1st time around.

Arrived broken to me also. The fragrance was evaporated too. The box was not wet so I'm sure it didn't happen in shipping. I think they are broken from the LaVanila company and not a reflection of beauty.com.

I just want to comment on previous review. I've been customer for at 3 years or so and I never received anything broken, or damaged. Same goes for this product. I purchased it for a friend and there was nothing broken. Anybody who loves vanilla will love this set.

I bought this set 3 times and every time, it's arrived broken or missing a bottle. I've tried contacting LaVanilla directly and they've never responded. It is very disappointing.
