I've tried many lip exfoliators and none has worked this well. Lip Strip is highly concentrated, so a tiny bit is all that's needed, yet it's extremely gentle. It soothes and refreshes lips, and it's so moisturizing you don't even need lip balm after exfoliation. One jar of this has lasted me over a year so far, and I have plenty left! My 71 year old mother, who lives in dry, dry Arizona, was complaining about her parched lips. I bought her Lip Strip, but she was skeptical. After trying it, she called me the following morning raving about how incredible it is, and she couldn't believe how good her lips felt. I'm hooked, and so is she. This is an outstanding product!

I'm surprised that this product has so many high ratings! I have used lots and lots of products like this, from drugstore brands to the very expensive ones, and this one just didn't work for me. Honestly, I've gotten better stuff at the drugstore. It tastes good and it is moisturizing, but it does nothing as far as exfoliating my lips and that's what I got it for. I know I'm using it right... maybe I just have some heavy duty peely lips? lol. I don't know, but this just didn't cut it for me.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks. I put it on before I put on my makeup. It does exfoliate somewhat, and does feel hydrating and makes my lips feel soft...for a while. I think it needs more crystals to really remove the chapped skin from my lips. I love the tingly feeling, though, and may repurchase if it is on sale.

It helps your lips to feel soft and smooth, but doesn't rub in then you use your fingers. I have to put some on my lips, then put my lips together to circulate the sugar grains. It just slides across your lip if you use your finger to circulate it/rub it in. That's why I gave it a 2 star.

this product does not work. the crystals are too big and not concentrated enough to do anything to chapped lips. felt like i was rubbing mayonnaise on my lips. gross. the only thing that is good about it is the mintiness, but even that gets annoying when the product doesn't accomplish its main purpose. bottom line: this product is useless on my lips and a total waste of money.

I scrub this stuff on my lips in the morning before I apply m favorite lip balm. It smooths my lips. Gets rid of the dead skin. And it soothes my pout. All you need is a little bit. Product delivers what it says it will deliver. I will buy over & over.

This is the first time I've used a product like this so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I will say it is just okay. It seems to work as soon as I use it since my lips do feel smoother. But shortly after and when the product is completely gone from my lips they don't feel much less dry or smooth than before I used it. It doesn't really scrub away dead skin well. I probably won't buy it again but will use it in the mean time.
