This unique liner is called I-Care because its treatment-like formula contains beneficial and nourishing ingredients perfect for the delicate eye area. Mineral oil-and preservative-free, I-Care is ophthalmologist-tested and specifically formulated for use around the eyes, even for those who wear contact lenses and have sensitive eyes. The highly smudge-proof formula helps to perfectly line the inner eyelid. A soft, flexible smudger is attached to the opposite end. Pull the smudger off, and you'll find a handy little sharpener tucked inside. Unlike most eye pencils, I-Care Eyeliner has a retractable point.

For a fine line, sharpen the tip and draw as close to your upper and/or lower lashes as possible. Extend the line slightly at the outer corner. For a smoky look, draw the line a little wider, and feather it out with the smudger. |

This is a gift with purchase and it is surprisingly great!
Tarte emphasEYES was my first eye brightening pencil and it disappointed me big time.
Tarte: light skin color with a matte finish.
Laura Geller: light skin color with a pearl finish. The color swatch in the box above does not show the correct color, at least not on my computer.
I use both in my lower water lines. Tarte moves after 2 blinks, reapplying does not help. The matte finish is unnatural, plue the fact that it does not stay, it cannot cover the reddness under the eyes and the finish is patchy. It is not waterproof as it claims. The color does not work for my light medium skin color with yellow undertone. It probably works better with lighter skin tone.
Laura Geller stays in the water line without much move. The pearl finish matches the natural shine of the lower water line. Even if it had moved, it is not too noticable. It makes me look more awake.
I also apply it in the inner eye corners and use the rubber tip to blend it out if I put too much. The result is natural and truely brightening.
Wait! There is a tiny sharpener under the rubber tip!!! What a great surprise!
I would highly recommand this to anyone looking for a eye brighterner pencil.
