The mineral foundation I'd used for years was starting to look different on my skin. It was accentuating the tiny lines around my eyes, making them looker deeper, and it was building up on the pores on my cheeks, making them very noticeable. I know skin changes as we get older, but I was really frustrated. Powder foundations work best for me, and I was afraid I'd have to stop wearing foundation. Then I found Balance & Brighten, and I wish I'd found it years ago! What a beautiful product! It covers my skin like velvet, evening out the color and making it look flawless, but naturally healthy. Somehow it does not settle around my eyes, and instead of magnifying my pores, it covers them. The instructions with the foundation explain that it is a baked cream, and I can really see this, because it's so easy to blend, and there's no cakey dryness at all. Instead of cream-to-powder, this is a powder-to-cream, that sets quickly and looks like skin. I don't even need finishing powder over this, and it wears beautifully over sunscreen, moisturizer and/or primer. No more messy mineral foundation scattering dust all over the place! I apply this with a brush, but a flocking sponge works well if I use the foundation wet for full coverage. This is one of the top 5 finest makeup products I've ever used, and it's now a definite everyday staple.

I really like the concept of this makeup, and it goes on well. Unfortunately, it is only available in "Fair" and "Regular" shades. The reviews I read had great things to say about the "Regular", so I ordered it. It made me look like I'd been in bed with the flu for 3 days! Don't order this unless you are exctremely pale and have no natural rosiness in your complexion. It is very yello.

I have tried bare minerals & naked minerals. I like this as much as Naked Minerals and it's cheaper. I like it alot better than Bare Minerals because it's not so messy and I like the coverage better.

Comments about Laura Geller Beauty Balance-n-Brighten Baked Color Correcting Foundation, Regular/Medium, .32 oz:
It's ok for coverage when you aren't looking for a full face of
make-up, sort of for everyday around the house & to the store.
I like make-up that looks natural, I'm fair to medium so I wouldn't
want too much powder piled on my face. I'd look like a corpse.

Comments about Laura Geller Beauty Balance-n-Brighten Baked Color Correcting Foundation, Regular/Medium, .32 oz:
I use this product with a full coverage concealer and layer this on. It does have a shimmer, but you can't even notice it. I have acne prone skin and acne scars and the two combined works great. I was hesitant on purchasing this, but I took a risk and I love it so far. The only thing I wish it came with was a applicator so I can take this on the go and touch-up whenever.
I also took a risk by buying the most Fair shade even though I would usually be the "middle" shade after reading the reviews.
VERY HAPPY.

My niece put me on to this product years ago. Said it would turn heads. It hasn't turned heads, but I love the product. Use it with or without foundation. It covers the redness in my cheeks and blends well all over my face, without looking too madeup.

Comments about Laura Geller Beauty Balance-n-Brighten Baked Color Correcting Foundation, Regular/Medium, .32 oz:
LG Mediium is way too dark for users of med. color makeup. People ask me why my face looks dirty and its embarrassing! Why do you keep pushing this awful color on us (esp. in kits!) And why are you always out of fair? I can't find Fair anywhere! If one site is out of it, then they all are! Its funny that I use medium in all other brands and fair in LG. The medium is bad and you need to reformulate it ASAP! Obviously your business skills are lacking or this wouldn't be happening constantly!

Comments about Laura Geller Beauty Balance-n-Brighten Baked Color Correcting Foundation, Regular/Medium, .32 oz:
I have kind of a fair to medium pink toned skin and this made me look sallow. I tried it for a week but the yellow undertone was totally wrong for me.
