If you want coverage, this is the product for you! Its definately professional-grade though, so there are some tricks and tips you might find helpful if you choose to use this. First of all, the product itself is very concentrated (in other words, thick) and a little goes a LONG way. I recommend using a concealer brush to apply this product directly to blemishes and dark spots. A damp foundation sponge is your best bet for all-over application. Use the dab technique as opposed to simply wiping it across your skin. This will afford a more natural, dewy finish.

This is a seriously good concealer and I recommend to friends who are willing to add a few extra minutes to their make-up routine. It's also worth mentioning that I've applied this product to a deep scar on my leg and have used it to cover a tattoo for a special occasion - both times with great results.

I read previous reviews and decided to try out the product along with Smashbox Photo Finish primer. This product is thick and sticky by itself, but goes on amazingly with a good primer. It covers really well. My skin looks brighter and air-brushed - I love the effect. I'm fair to medium skinned Asian and I use SX05. I would give it 5 stars except it does go on badly if you don't prime.

I tried applying this as a concealer with my fingers, a sponge and a foundation brush but found it impossible to get even, smooth coverage. Also, it's slightly shiny which accentuated my pores and wrinkles rather than obscuring them

I was undecided about this product for quite a while, but it was finally the scent that tipped the scales. The perfume-y smell is quite strong and does not go away for many hours. I don't want to smell my concealer over everything else I put on, especially when the scent is not my favorite!

The coverage is quite good and long lasting, but the product is pretty heavy and tends to settle into fine lines and pores. Because you must use so, so little product and then put effort into removing any excess that settles into your creases, this product is time-consuming to apply.

You do need to go at least a shade darker than you would think, and pay close attention to the undertone descriptions. SX02 is the lightest beige/neutral shade, and their isn't another beige/neutral shade until SX05. I'm very fair and SX05 was a good match for me. I normally use MAC NW20, which I have gone back to using.

if you have larger pores or fine ines and are looking for coverage, this is NOT the product for you! it seems to be "chalky" in that it sits on the skin and actually drew attention to problem areas. it seems to accentuate fine lines, and that is NOT okay!

This is the best concealer I've ever used! The colors run a shade lighter than expected, which makes it a great concealer. As a foundation, it is great for imperfect skin. If you want to use it as a foundation, go a shade darker than you normally would. My friends with mild acne love using this as a foundation. It's the only foundation that covers.

I adore this product. It has so many uses. One tiny jar can be used as foundation, concealer, highlighter, or tinted moisturizer (mixed with Kevin Aucoin Primer). It's all in the way its applied. The coverage lasts and lasts, and it takes forever to use up an entire jar. SX 05 is a perfect match for my fair, slightly pink skin tone. My favorite product ever.
