Possibly the best mascara I've ever used. I can't wear regular or waterproof mascaras, as they all smudge horribly on me. (Oily eyelids, squinty eyes) I can't say this mascara curls, but that's not why I bought it. It lasts very well and removes easily without any special makeup remover and it never, ever smudges. I've never had a problem with clumping. I would have given it 5 stars if it did a little better job of lengthening/thickening my short lashes. And there's not a whole lot of product for the money, but it is a very good mascara nonetheless.

I debated for a long time whether to try the regular KA mascara with 4-5 star ratings or this. I chose this because my lashes are completely straight. This and the KA curler do not do anything for my lashes at all. NOTHING. STILL STRAIGHT. The eyelash curler worked very well the first time I used it when it arrived, and I had high hopes. After that, NOTHING. The only way I can curl my lashes with it is a fake sharp 'bent-lash' look. Don't know what I could be doing wrong. My Maybelline or whatever worked better!

This is the only mascara I can use with my allergies and constantly watering eyes. My eyes water all the time and every mascara, including water-proof, would run and give me raccoon eyes. This mascara, will not come off if i cry, or rub my eyes... not until I wash my face. Love this product.

It's the only mascara that does not smudge under my eye - I have tried all the top rated - lancome, dior...also, since warm water takes the mascara off - no makeup remover to deal with - it's a great product, one I definitely prefer over Blinc Kiss Me mascara (a smiliar type).

I enjoy using the product, it does go on great, lasts long, is smudge proof even in slightly teary situations and does wonders to lengthen lashes. However I was a bit disappointed to find that it tried out alot quicker than an over-the-counter Maybeline brand. But I would buy again.

I hesitate to give this mascara only one star, because the mascara itself is not bad... it does stay on, it does lengthen and separate, and it does wash off easily. However, it did not curl my lashes at all. It straightened them even after curling them. It even flattened the pretty decent natural curl in my lashes. The KA eyelash curler is hands down the best eyelash curler on the market, though. Get that and use another mascara if you want nice curl.

It is true, the curling effect is more of a lifting or "keeping" the curl effect, but I've tried other well-reviewed curling mascaras and they don't curl either (i.e., Lancme). Regardless, this is hands-down the best mascara I have tried (compared to Maybelline, Clinique, Dior, Lancme, Estee Lauder, etc.). It is PERFECT for fine, thin lashes (I am Asian, so my lashes are very sparse, fine and short). This mascara separates, thickens, lengthens, and keeps my curl and as an added bonus: it also washes off with warm soap and water!

I love the volume mascara, but the curling mascara does exactly what it says it will do. Kevin's mascaras are the best, with Lancome coming in second place!

The effects of this mascara are wonderful. Although, I think "curling" is a misnomer; it's more of a lifting effect. It doesn't clump, dries quickly, and the brush separates the lashes beautifully. I wish drugstore.com carried it in Magic Red. The only reason this receives 4 stars instead of 5 is because it dried out more quickly than I felt it should have.

So disappointing. For a Kevyn Aucoin product, I expected this mascara to do what it says. But the mascara not only didn't curl my straight lashes, it *straightened* them after using a lash curler!! And the brush has to be wiped with a tissue, or else it feels like you're putting a layer of paint on your lashes. Sure, it stays on and washes off easily, but my lashes looked like straight black sticks poking from my eyes. I'm back to Shu Uemura and Kiss Me mascaras.
