Comments about Kenzo Amour Parfum, 1 fl oz:
I like to thank the reviewer below. For some time this perfume has me wondering that it smells like something I already have in my fragrance collection and yes, this smells exactly like Hypnotic Poison! Even the "rootbeer" note is present in this scent, yet this one is a bit lighter, a little sweeter and not as long-lasting as HP. I would call this Hypnotic Poison Light. Nice bottle, too, but too expensive for me.

Comments about Kenzo Amour Parfum, 1 fl oz:
Writing a review of a fragrance comparing it to another fragrance seems unfair, but I'm going to do it anyways, because my reviews are written with hopes that other Beauty.com shoppers may find them helpful. In this case, the comparison is extremely positive and I hope others can experience it. I know there's nothing technically accurate about formulation, notes, etc. in my comparison, and the way we experience fragrance is completely subjective. Also, I hope I don't get people all excited to try the fragrance, and then have them disappointed, and thinking I'm completely insane...but I'll take the chance. You never know when someone with your same taste will find something to love because of a review you wrote...SO - If you love Hypotic Poison, do keep reading; but if you don't like it, stop here and ignore me. Try Kenzo Amour for yourself and pretend you never saw the words Hypnotic Poison anywhere near it. If you LOVE Hypnotic Poison, this may be good. I love Hypnotic Poison. I'm always on the sniff-out for fragrances that remind me of it. Kenzo Amour is similar to Hypnotic Poison in all the best ways. The sweet cedar note, and the mellow, creamy, almond-vanilla notes are hypnotic and mesmerizing. Others may think Amour smells entirefly different. I guess it just depends on which notes you are particularly sensitive to, and what your emotions do when they react with those notes. On me, Kenzo Amour is drier and lighter than Hypnotic Poison, and, overall, it's a gentler fragrance, but if you like Hypnotic Poison, this may be similar on you, as well!

Comments about Kenzo Amour Parfum, 1 fl oz:
This is a much anticipated fragrance that I found in Germany last year but had yet to make it to the states. One spritz will last you all day and I would caution to use only one. I would recommend it more as an evening fragrance since it is so concentrated and using the regular Kenzo Amour for work. It is a heavy fragrance and if you work in a small area or spritz at work it will smell everywhere.
