This was the best smelling hair color I have used, but unfortunately, the results were the shortest lasting. I had high hopes for the promised "multi-dimensional" hair color and "guaranteed compliments," but they did not materialize. Although I followed the directions exactly (albeit not using the $100s of dollars of additional products - pre-conditioners, shampoo, conditioner, and styling products sold separately), the gray coverage only lasted two weeks. And even though I used a "cool" color, three weeks later my hair looks as brassy as it has ever been. In terms of price and time, it's far better to have hair professionally colored - or use a drug store stand-by.

While this product has a pleasant odor unlike other at-home coloring products, the color result is not as pictured (I used Light Cool Brown and the result was Dark Brown) and though the product advertises as multi-dimensional color, the color result was flat. The worst part was, despite following the instructions properly, the color did not stick to my hair and within five washings over the course of two weeks, only parts of my hair still showed dark brown and the rest appeared like my hair had appeared prior to coloring -- roots and all. This was the worst result I have ever gotten with an at-home coloring product. Other products for a fifth of the price found in drugstores are far more effective. After three weeks, I had to redye my hair with a drugstore product. I had high expectations for the price of this product and was extremely disappointed with the results. Please do not waste your money on this product.
