I use the exfoliating cream, daily, just as it suggests. I find the product mild enough for my sensitive skin, yet effective.
I use the exfoliate in combination with the roseater mist and either a day cream or calendula cream.
I have used the exfoliate for years and have always been happy with the product.

I am trying to migrate entirely to skincare without chemical additives. This product scores in the mid-range on EWG's cosmetics safety database. It contains oat and nut bits as actives. It's not a 'microbead' exfoliator. Good as a daily scrub. However for me, the fermented oatsy smell is too strong. I'll finish the tube but will not buy again.
