This has potential to really help save hair from damage and frizz. I bought it, thinking that it was a flat iron that helped with damage. However, it is purely a damage repair device. It does not straighten hair, or heat up like a flat iron. It is also hard to know if it is working. I have found that if I section my hair and coat with a light layer of a moisturizing leave-in. Then spend time slowly, slowly pulling hair through, then there is a big difference in the condition of my hair. It looks smoother, shinier and frizz free, until I wash it again. This process takes a good fifteen minutes for me to do though, my hair is long, past half way, down my back. Then I need to style after that, so it is time consuming. I am glad that I bought this. It is expensive, but if you put in the time and effort, it does work.

The ultrasonic plate never turns on. Even when you spray a mist on it the plate nothing happens - no vibration whatsoever. There isn't any steaming, just pretty red lights. My hair is just the same. I'm bummed. This doesn't work. It's made in China too. This is a non-returnable item. Purchase at your own risk b/c it's your forever. I've only tried to use it once but it doesn't operate at all. I'm going to ceremoniously toss it into the garbage to remind myself to use constraint when I want a new hair toy.

I have been using this hair tool with the Morrocan oil for about 5 months, a couple times a week and I am in shock by the change in my hair from using this. My hair is healthy, longer, shinier- it's like I have a new head of hair. I have people complimenting me on my hair all the time, and I have never had that before. I am super excited to have beuatiful healthy hair all from uising this moisture boosting tool.
