My dermatologist recommended this product for me to use instead of the traditional liquid foundation I had been using. She told me it would actually help improve the condition of my skin as well as provide a beautiful finish. I have found that to be true. It goes on much eaiser than liquid and can be used as a touch up as well so you only need the single product. The finish is glowy yet controls shine. I have found it works as a great sun block so now when I ride my bike I wear a double layer of this instead of the cream sunscreen I used to use. It works much better at blocking out uv rays and doesan't wear off when I sweat. A permanent addition to my beauty arsenal!

I bought this to help cover some dark spots I've developed getting older. I use a big kabuki brush to apply and it goes on amazingly well. Doesn't look fake or cakey. It does a great job of making my complexion look even. Also, the best part is, it doesn't feel heavy.

Great makeup for me - I have very sensitive skin and have not broken out since using this makeup. One tip, definitely use the hydration spray with the pressed powder - the hydration spray really brings out the makeup and it helps to last all day.

I love the entire Jane Iredale cosmetic line. Unlike other mineral foundations I have used, this one does not settle into fine lines or accentuate wrinkles. I found an exact color match at a local beauty supply and purchased it there before ordering on-line so I would not have to guess at the choice of color. It blends beautifully and looks natural for daytime; it can be layered for more coverage for evening wear.

This pressed mineral foundation has enough coverage power to wear alone and that is how I usually use it. However, I do get very stubborn chin breakouts which require a separate concealer at times.
It literally is wonderful on its own, but it is also superb over a liquid foundation, concealer or tinted moisturizer. It has the perfect finish...like your skin only better.
