  1. Remove Liquid Eye Liner from plastic packaging
  2. Gently shake the bottle before opening
  3. Twist off the brush from the jar
  4. Use a disposable brush and dip it into the jar to retrieve product
  5. For at home use, use circular, swiping motions, to remove excess product from the brush onto the interior rim of the jar's opening
  6. Starting at the inner corner of the upper eyelid, place the tip of the brush onto the lash line
  7. Gently move the brush toward the outer edge of the eyelid to distribute product along lash line
  8. Continue along lash line until desired areas of the lash line are covered
  9. Allow to dry for 30 seconds before repeating application if necessary
