Comments about H2O Plus Aqualibrium Dual-Action Eye Makeup Remover, 4 oz:

This is the best eye makeup remover I have ever used. I have extremely dry eye and sensitive eyes and everything burns my eyes except this product. It even works well on waterproof mascara which I sometimes wear. If I run out of this remover, I start to panic because I know I have to suffer with red, burning eyes until my order comes with my new replacement.
I shake the makeup remover well, put some on a cotton pad, and let the cotton pad sit on my eye for a couple of seconds. Then I gently rub my lashes and all the mascara and shadow come off. No irritation and no red eyes.
