I love Fresh soaps. The scents are light and the soap is moisturizing and clean feeling. I find the Linden scent to be really natural and almost organic rather than floral. But honestly as with all the soaps I've tried from Fresh, the scents only seem apparent when I'm showering with them. None of the scents linger or clash with any fragrance in the slightest. I have Linden, Water Lily, and Lemon Verbena.

I've used and loved other Fresh soaps so based on the description for Linden, I thought it would be a great fresh, clean smelling soap for the summer. Lesson learned is that smell is probably the MOST subjective sense. As soon as I opened the delivery box, I was punched in the face with a smell that I associate with very old ladies; overwhelmingly floral. I've never returned a product before but I don't want this smell in my house for a minute longer than absolutely necessary.

I'm not sure how well this soap works, as it smelled so good I put it at the head of my bed as soon as I got it and can't bear to move it to the bathroom yet! Linden is a WONDERFUL scent!
