This conditioner really works, my hair feels like silk for days when I use this. You could use this as your everyday conditioner, but it's too expensive for me to do that, so I use it once a week and leave it on for an hour (sometimes I don't have time to do that, but I try!!!) After using this product for several months, I am STILL confused by it. I use it as a deep conditioner about twice a week, and when I rinse it from my hair, my hair feels awful and greasy. When I work product through to blow-dry it, my air feels almost squeaky clean and not smooth and silky. But somehow, every time, just as I am about done blow-drying my hair, it looks amazing. It has volume and softness I don't get with other conditioners, and keeps looking good all day. So I guess I like the way this product works in the long run, though I still get worried that my hair is going to be a disaster based on the way it feels while wet. I haven't had the courage to use it on a non blow-drying day yet. I think there are other deep conditioners in this price range that work just as well for making hair feel good (Aveda comes to mind), but this does leave it nice without weighing it down.

This conditioner is absolutely fabulous. Not only is the smell soft and pleasant, the texture is super-rich. If left in for a few minutes, it detangles beautifully, adds shine, and softens my curly over-processed hair. I just wish it weren't so pricey. Still, it's worth treating yourself.

I love the smell of this conditioner! I use it every other day (applied for a minute or so) and as a deep treatment on the weekend (applied for 4-5 minutes). I have thick hair, and it ends up very soft, easy to comb, and smelling wonderful. The only con is the price, but it's on par with prices from some other salon products.

I was hesitant to try this conditioner because of the price but was so glad that I did! My scalp is oily and I tend to use shampoos that strip my hair and have to use a leave-in conditioner to be able to put a comb through it. With this conditioner, I don't have to do that. I just use a small amount and it really makes my hair shiny and soft. I haven't found a product that gives me similar results for less, so will continue to buy this conditioner.

I have been a fan of Matrix products for years and tried this on a tip from a friend. I LOVE this conditioner. I have thick, coarse, unruly hair and this makes it soft and manageable. I don't wash my hair daily so I do use it each time. I leave it on for 5 minutes in the shower and it comes out soft, silky and shiny. Some FRESH products are not worth the cost (even though they all smell wonderful) but this is not one of those. I will definitely purchase again.

Just an average deep conditioner, and not as good as many. I bought this conditioner after reading about it in Lucky magazine, where the beauty editor insisted it not only smelled divine, but left her hair like silk. It does neither. It smells nice, but the scent does not last. More important than the scent, though, is the performance. I was extremely disappointed in the conditioning properties. I have long, colored, fine hair, but there is a lot of it. It is fragile and tangles easily. I would gladly pay a lot for a small tube of conditioner if it actually left my hair shiny, moisturized, and combable. This conditioner did none of those things. It left it reasonably conditioned, but not to the point that a comb would glide right through, and it did nothing to enhance shine, nor did it have lasting results. Fresh makes a lot of great products, but this is not one of them. If you want to spend money on a great conditioner, get Kerastase instead.

This really is the best conditioner out there. I use it about 2x per week, and have fine, thin hair - but it doesn't weigh it down, like many other conditioners.
