Lightly spread, on freshly cleaned skin, this stuff is amazing. With minimal ingredients, i have yet to find its equal (and i've tried all kinds of moisturizers). The caveat to this stuff is: minimal application to dry skin (or eye area) is difficult. Patting onto skin typically works best, after a warm wash. Also, this moisturizer is not for people who don't like skin that looks shiny unless they have some sort of mattifying cover up. However, it is perfect for sensitive or problem skin because it has minimal ingredients without parabens or other allergens.
Lastly, it's a commitment. The expense might drive you away. But if you can swing the extra cash, it will last you longer than most other moisturizers because it doesn't require much, and you don't need a second tube of eye cream, it's that gentle.

I saved for a long time to be able to buy this fancy cream only to be hugely disappointed b/c it is so heavy to apply and leaves my face too oily to go out so I have to use it as a night cream and have to spend more money to buy another moisturizer to use as day cream, as if buying this cream didn't break my budget as it is. It's just made me so sad and mad that for something so expensive it did not deliver anything for me but grief. This cream also made my face breakout b/c it is so heavy.

This product is great! A good friend of mine who has amazing skin turned me onto this product. I use it for pm moisturizing. I have used it for about 3 weeks now and it has made a big difference in my challenging, break out prone, sensitive skin. I've used this product--sparingly--nightly for the past 2 years, and have noticed an improvement in my skin tone and texture. A little goes a very long way, especially if you dampen your fingers before applying. One large jar lasts about 9 months or so.

Thought this would break out my combo skin because it seemed so thick, but it is perfect for my dehydrated skin. Makes it very soft and quickly absorbs into the skin with a barrier to protect it. Just put a small amount on fingers and emulsify before applying. I thought this was too expensive before I used it, but it is worth it!! Want to try the Ancien elixer now.
